Aimpoint is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for its product engineering team to develop and maintain high-quality sighting systems. The role covers new product development, prototyping, testing, verification, validation, D-FMECA, root-cause analysis, tolerance and performance standards, manufacturing optimization, and urgent technical or production issues. Candidates need mechanical design and machining knowledge, SolidWorks proficiency, tolerance analysis skills, and typically 2–5 years of experience; a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field is required. The salary range is SEK 40,000–50,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
