Description
Apple is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, development, and validation of silicon validation test solutions and provide system design support to other engineering teams. The role covers high-power electromechanical systems, mechanical requirements and interfaces, board and system-level assemblies, GD&T and tolerance analysis, design validation, failure analysis, and design of experiments. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent study, at least 10 years of experience, 5+ years of 3D CAD experience, and experience with heat sinks, liquid cooling, data-center equipment, EIA rack standards, OCP standards, PCB mechanical outlines, assembly drawings, BOMs, and PDM tools.
