Applied Materials is hiring a Mechanical Engineer in Bangalore for a full-time fixed-term role. The position performs engineering analysis and systems-level design evaluation, creates and modifies mechanical layouts and specifications, conducts FEA, thermal, and CFD simulations, troubleshoots complex mechanical problems, coordinates cross-functional design activities, documents engineering tests, and supports the handling, assembly, disassembly, and lifecycle of parts and assemblies. The role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, 4–6 years of related experience, simulation and CAD proficiency, and knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing methods.
