CACI is hiring a full-time Mechanical Engineer (T3) to lead the design, analysis, integration, testing, and production transition of complex mechanical systems and sub-assemblies for defense and aerospace applications. The role involves CAD modeling, structural and environmental analysis, technical reviews, prototyping, qualification testing, vendor coordination, and design for manufacturability, with up to 10% travel across the Continental United States. Candidates need a relevant ABET-accredited degree, 5 to 8+ years of experience, advanced CAD proficiency, knowledge of military and aerospace standards, and an active Secret Security Clearance or eligibility for Top Secret clearance.
