Carnegie Robotics is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to develop reliable robotic and automation systems for commercial products and research applications. The role spans product-concept development, CAD modeling, mechanism design, engineering analysis, manufacturing drawings, prototyping, testing, and production transition, with collaboration across software, electrical, systems, customer, and production teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical or aerospace, product-design experience, CAD and analysis skills, and experience with COTS trade studies.
