d-Matrix is hiring an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead rack-scale mechanical design for its AI inference hardware platform. The role covers chassis and sheet-metal enclosure design, cooling architectures, OCP-compliant rack systems, reliability testing, FEA and tolerance analysis, supplier and ODM management, NPI through mass production, quality issue resolution, and cross-functional integration with thermal, electrical, software, and systems engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and at least 10 years of industry experience in IT hardware mechanical design, simulation, and validation.
