Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering and at least two years of mechanical design experience in a high-precision or high-volume manufacturing environment; medical-device experience, electro-mechanical and embedded-software experience, and familiarity with injection molding and die casting are preferred.
