Description
Dexterity is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to join its hardware product engineering team and help design, prototype, test, and refine mechanical solutions for robotics. The role covers translating system requirements into subsystem designs, CAD modeling and 2D documentation in NX, prototyping and mechanical testing, BOM and assembly documentation, and collaboration with electrical, system, software, operations, and manufacturing teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, 2–5 years of relevant experience, CAD proficiency, and hands-on prototyping and testing experience. The expected base salary is $125,000 to $140,000 annually.
