Dott is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to support the full lifecycle of its e-bike and e-scooter fleet, including failure analysis, warranty evidence, component and tool design, field testing, vendor test validation, and vehicle-development insights. The role is predominantly mechanical with secondary electrical and IoT support, requires 3–5 years of mechanical or mechatronics experience, and involves a 50/50 desk-to-workshop split plus travel to markets and vendors. The salary range is 50,000–65,000 Euro, with a one-time home-office bonus and flexible working options.
