Exponent is seeking a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Thermal/Fluid Sciences for their Orange County office in Irvine, CA. The successful candidate will perform engineering calculations, evaluate system performance, utilize CFD, conduct fieldwork and lab testing, prepare proposals, and present findings to clients. This role involves project-based work requiring travel both within and outside the U.S. Candidates should possess a strong technical background in thermal/fluid systems and CFD, experience with HVAC/R systems, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experimental program execution.
