Responsibilities include developing technical outcomes, publishing mechanical designs, applying engineering and Australian or international standards, collaborating with clients, managing project targets, and developing graduate mechanical engineers. Candidates need a recognized Australian Mechanical Engineering qualification and at least four years of experience in water or wastewater treatment or transfer projects, along with expertise in technical specifications, hydraulic design, piping, pump calculations, and treatment-plant mechanical design.
