Description
Harmar is hiring a Mechanical Engineer II to support sustaining and new product innovation for wheelchair lifts, stair lifts, and vertical platform lifts. The role reports to the Engineering Manager and works with product engineering and cross-functional teams on mechanical and electromechanical system design, prototyping, testing, qualification, cost analysis, manufacturing support, safety compliance, and technical service. Candidates need at least two years of industrial experience, a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited college, CAD experience preferably with SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
