Harmattan AI is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for its Airframe team to design and prototype UAV platforms and complex subsystems from concept through production. The role owns system-level constraints such as thermal management, mass, cost, and environmental sealing; collaborates with electrical, software, and industrialisation teams; conducts stress and failure analysis; manages delivery packages; oversees manufacturing with suppliers and external manufacturers; and maintains technical documentation. Candidates need a master’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, or a related engineering field, experience designing and prototyping mechanical systems, CAD proficiency, and knowledge of precision machining and injection moulding.
