Description
HDR is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for its Building Engineering Services Group. The role coordinates mechanical design teams, designs mechanical systems for commercial, institutional, and other specialized facilities, manages code compliance and project documentation, supports construction administration, and performs quality assurance/quality control. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a recognized professional engineering license, prior mechanical systems design experience, relevant consulting or A/E firm experience, and proficiency with MS Office and mechanical design or equipment-selection software. A master's degree, specialized facility experience, and sustainable design or LEED experience are preferred.
