Description
Hudson Manpower is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for an onsite W2-only role in Carrollton, Texas. The engineer will design, validate, and release oil and gas downhole tools and test fixtures for deepwater field development and carbon capture, utilization, and storage projects. Responsibilities include interpreting project requirements, performing design and safety calculations, collaborating with simulations and testing teams, leading design reviews, sourcing prototype components, documenting corrective actions, and supporting reliability and design-for-excellence programs. The role requires direct oil and gas experience, concept and detail design, VAVE, API compliance, HPHT material selection, SolidWorks, GD&T, and at least five years of experience.
