Description
Impulse Space is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for its Vehicle Engineering Team to own the design, analysis, build, test, and integration of flight hardware for next-generation advanced propulsion space vehicles. The role covers pressurized and unpressurized structures, structural sizing and validation, manufacturing and first-article build support, qualification testing, load cases, and cross-functional integration with propulsion, avionics, and guidance, navigation, and control teams. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least five years of structural aerospace hardware experience are required.
