Infinitum is hiring a full-time Mechanical Engineer to work on-site in its fan engineering team in Austin, Texas. The role focuses on designing and developing commercial and industrial fan systems, including CAD product design, calculations, FEA and CFD analysis, prototyping, validation testing, manufacturing documentation, feasibility and cost analysis, and product improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or physical science, at least two years of related work experience, SolidWorks proficiency, and knowledge of GD&T and sheet-metal manufacturing; experience with FEA, CFD, rotating equipment, fan standards, programming, and project management is preferred.
