Description
The Mechanical Engineer will design, develop, optimize, maintain, and troubleshoot plastic manufacturing processes and equipment. The role also manages engineering projects, coordinates with vendors and suppliers, supports quality assurance and root-cause analysis, and researches new materials and technologies. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and experience in plastic manufacturing are required, while a master’s degree, professional engineer license, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma experience are preferred.
