MISO is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to support the deployment and reliability of its Flippy robotic kitchen assistants. The role covers hardware requirements, system-level design, mechanical and electromechanical prototyping, CAD and CAE design, testing, manufacturing and assembly validation, PLM and supply-chain coordination, and pre- and post-installation technical support. Candidates need a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 4–7 years of relevant experience, CAD and PLM proficiency, and knowledge of mechanical analysis and manufacturing processes. The position offers a base salary of $110,000–$130,000 per year plus benefits for candidates in the Los Angeles Metro area.
