Description
PIPECARE Group is hiring an experienced Mechanical Engineer to perform fitness-for-service assessments on oil and gas pipeline and facility assets. The role includes API 579 and ASME code evaluations, RSTRENG calculations, Abaqus simulations of corroded components, repair-option recommendations, training and mentoring of integrity engineers, subject-matter expertise during audits, and communication with clients and senior management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, 3–5 years of oil and gas experience, and experience with API 579, ASME codes, and Abaqus.
