Description
Powell Industries is hiring a Mechanical Engineer (MEP) to partner with project managers and customers on electrical and mechanical building-systems projects. The role involves BIM-based design, Revit coordination, layout plans, schematics, schedules, drawings, change control, shop drawings, material ordering, and coordination with subcontractors, customers, and the shop. The position requires a mechanical engineering or related degree, at least five years of MEP coordination experience in a BIM environment, Revit fluency, and familiarity with Autodesk Navis Works and Design Review. The work is primarily office-based, with some shop and field exposure.
