QuEra Computing Japan is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to support the physical development and deployment of neutral-atom quantum computing systems. The role combines 3D CAD design, documentation, prototype preparation, hands-on hardware assembly and troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical coordination with Japanese suppliers and contract manufacturers. It requires a mechanical engineering degree, approximately five years of relevant experience, CAD and PDM proficiency, practical electrical skills, Japanese and English business-level communication, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
