Description
PMI is hiring a Mechanical Engineer on a 12-month contract to develop mechanical and thermal solutions for heated-and- inhaled (HnB) and e-vaping products. The role covers end-to-end electromechanical product design from concept through production, ODM design reviews, CAD modeling, PCB-layout support, thermal management, DFM/DFA/FEA review, root-cause analysis, competitive reverse engineering, cost analysis, and exploration and deployment of AI applications in mechanical design. The position requires a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, at least three years of mechanical or thermal design experience, proficiency with 3D MCAD/MCAE tools such as SolidWorks and Pro/E, knowledge of manufacturing processes, thermal design, EMC, safety and compliance, and written and spoken English and Chinese.
