Description
Saronic Technologies is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to own the integration and packaging of mechanical, electrical, and sensing subsystems for autonomous surface vessels. The role focuses on translating system designs into physically integrated, manufacturable, serviceable hardware, including payload integration, electronics packaging, sensor mounting, cable routing, mechanical interfaces, and internal layout. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 2+ years of mechanical/electrical systems integration experience, proficiency in 3D CAD, strong mechanical design fundamentals, and experience in prototype or production environments. Preferred experience includes electronics packaging, robotics, cable/harness design, and designing for harsh maritime, aerospace, or defense environments.
