Schneider is hiring a Mechanical Engineer in Green Bay to provide technical support to internal associates and suppliers, develop and test equipment parts and components, evaluate supplier performance, research alternative products, assist with diagnostics, and coach shop leaders and technicians on cost-effective repairs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, one year of engineering experience, knowledge of truck mechanical and technical systems, hands-on experience with Class 8 equipment, strong communication skills, and occasional travel.
