Description
Thea Energy is seeking experienced and highly motivated mechanical engineers to join their rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the mechanical design, development, structural and thermomechanical analysis, manufacturing, and commissioning of primary and secondary components and subsystems for stellarator fusion systems. This role involves producing detailed engineering designs and drawings, performing simulations using Ansys and COMSOL, incorporating design for manufacturing principles, and supporting the implementation of tooling and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience with custom system design and CAD software, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
