Description
Vertiv is seeking a Mechanical Prototype Engineer to develop and support advanced thermal-management prototypes for data-center cooling applications. The role focuses on CREO 3D modeling, mechanical and fluid-system component selection, BOM management, prototype ordering and inventory, assembly support, and practical design decisions involving thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer. The engineer will work under senior-engineer guidance, coordinate with vendors, maintain CAD documentation, and travel 10%. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and 3–5 years of experience are required.
