WalterFedy is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to support a complex industrial project in St. Thomas and later service industrial and institutional projects across the London area. The role requires four days per week at the construction-site office for at least 18 consecutive months, with flexibility for hybrid work. Responsibilities include complex mechanical engineering assignments, field reviews, design changes, cost and payment estimates, multidisciplinary coordination, client and agency communication, project management, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a Professional Engineer license or equivalent certification, and at least seven years of engineering experience in the construction industry, preferably as a consulting engineer.
