Wight & Company is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their MEP Engineering team. The successful candidate will perform engineering analysis, design, and system selection for building applications, ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability goals, and lead the preparation of design documentation. They will also coordinate submittals for regulatory review, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, conduct research on sustainable design practices, and participate in construction phase and post-occupancy activities.
