Description
WSP is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer for its Bristol office to work on medium- to long-term building services projects. The role involves detailed mechanical design, performance specification, technical advice, feasibility assessment, design-programme review, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, UK and European regulatory knowledge, Revit MEP or other 3D design software experience, AutoCAD, TAS or IES, and mechanical design skills including heat-loss calculations, pipe and pump sizing, psychrometrics, thermal modelling, and BMS systems. The position requires UK vetting-level security clearance and offers career progression within the National MEP Team.
