Description
Reality Labs is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical architecture and design of internal data-collection hardware, including head-worn and body-worn prototypes, sensor-integrated form factors, and field-deployable devices. The role owns mechanical design from concept through production, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation, while collaborating with electrical, firmware, systems, research, program management, and operations teams. It requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, at least eight years of electromechanical product design experience, and expertise in CAD, precision mechanical design, testing, fabrication, and cross-functional hardware development.
