Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a full-time Mechanical Engineer for its Thermal Protection System (TPS) team. The role supports the design, manufacture, procurement, testing, and oversight of TPS components, including conceptual development, requirements definition, engineering documentation, test planning and reporting, and coordination with customers, suppliers, test facilities, manufacturing, quality, and other engineering disciplines. Candidates need relevant mechanical, materials, or related engineering experience, aerospace materials development experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. The position offers a full-time salary range of $79,300 to $147,300 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
