The role involves optimizing and retrofitting extrusion and assembly machines, designing new machines and tools, managing suppliers, evaluating technologies, and assessing equipment for international sites. Candidates need a mechanical engineering or comparable degree, at least five years of plant or system design experience, strong IT and CAD skills, and German and English proficiency.
