Description
The role is an interdisciplinary engineering position focused on developing perfusion systems, cryoprotectant formulations, and vitrification and rewarming hardware for organ-scale reversible cryopreservation. Responsibilities include electromechanical design and fabrication, control software, and physical modeling, with a strong emphasis on heat and mass transfer and fluidic systems. The posting seeks an engineer with exceptional engineering ability, autonomy across the full engineering stack, and experience in fluidic systems; graduate-level or three-plus years of experience in mechanical engineering, physics, or an equivalent field is preferred.
