Description
The Mechanical Engineer for Construction Robots will design, manufacture, integrate, and troubleshoot the mechanical systems of construction robots, including CAD parts, brackets, frames, drives, housings, and assemblies. The role combines hands-on fabrication with electronics integration, test-bench validation, and field testing on construction sites. It is intended for an enrolled student, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related technical field, with approximately 20 hours per week during the semester and the option to work full time during breaks.
