Description
The Mechanical Engineer will own the design and sizing of high-pressure valves from concept through series readiness, including feasibility analyses, calculations, test and validation plans, risk assessments, and standards-compliant documentation. The role requires an engineering degree focused on design, development, or mechanical engineering, 3D design and CAD experience, knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, or sealing technologies, standards expertise, and experience with surface technology, friction, and wear. The position offers a 38-hour workweek, home-office options, and IG Metall collective-bargaining agreement benefits.
