ELLWOOD Crankshaft Group is hiring a salaried, exempt Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, manufacturing oversight, quality assurance, and project management of large crankshafts and critical metal components at its Hermitage and Sharon, Pennsylvania facilities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, 3–5 years of mechanical design and manufacturing experience, CAD proficiency, and knowledge of materials, machining, and quality processes. The engineer will collaborate with design, production, maintenance, and cross-functional teams while working in a manufacturing environment with loud noises, changing temperatures, and moving machinery.
