The role focuses on designing large crankshafts and complex metal components, using CAD and simulation tools, overseeing manufacturing and quality processes, troubleshooting production issues, and managing engineering projects. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, 3–5 years of mechanical design and manufacturing experience, CAD proficiency, and strong problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills.
