Description
The Mechanical Engineer 1 provides engineering support for the commercialization, application, and customization of Starline products. The role covers design for manufacturability, test, and assembly; product design and customer-specific customizations; technical documentation; third-party product integration; testing and compliance support; manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and engineering information-system collaboration; automation of design tasks; and jobsite support. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is preferred, along with relevant mechanical engineering experience, familiarity with low-voltage power distribution and electrical codes, AutoCAD or Inventor experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.
