WHOOP is hiring a Mechanical Engineer II for its Continuous Improvement Team to design, prototype, test, and validate complex mechanical components for current-generation hardware products. The role covers product development through manufacturing release, design documentation, vendor and contract-manufacturer communication, second sourcing, risk mitigation, verification and validation, root-cause analysis, and manufacturing improvement. It is based in Boston, Massachusetts, requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and at least three years of complex mechanical product design experience, and offers a full-time U.S. base salary of $110,000 to $150,000 plus equity and benefits.
