AECOM is hiring a Mechanical Engineer III to work independently in its Atlanta, Georgia office on HVAC design for government and commercial buildings. The role involves developing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; performing load calculations and energy modeling; coordinating with other disciplines; reviewing shop drawings and RFIs; conducting site visits; and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need a mechanical engineering degree, four years of relevant HVAC design experience, U.S. citizenship, and experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and HVAC load calculations and energy modeling.
