Evolv is hiring a Mechanical Engineer III to own mechanical components and subassemblies across the product lifecycle, from concept and rapid prototyping through design validation, production tooling, release, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on injection-molded plastic components, electromechanical assemblies, SolidWorks and Arena PDM workflows, design for manufacturability and reliability, tolerance and thermal analysis, supplier and contract-manufacturer collaboration, and product certification. It is an onsite position in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a base salary of $114,000–$184,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
