Nomad GCS is hiring a full-time Level III Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design for complete systems or major subsystems, own system-level trade studies, troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, review and approve other engineers’ designs, optimize for manufacturability and cost, mentor junior engineers, and interface with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, CAD experience, and 5–8 years of mechanical engineering experience; SolidWorks is preferred. The position offers a $88,000–$120,500 salary with benefits, requires U.S. citizenship and federal contractor eligibility, and involves travel, office, production, and vehicle environments.
