Description
Applied Materials is hiring a Mechanical Engineer in Santa Clara, California, to troubleshoot difficult mechanical problems, develop engineering test reports and layouts, perform complex engineering analysis, lead projects, develop mechanical product specifications, and design custom tooling and fixturing. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 4–7 years of experience, and expertise with CAD, thermodynamics, sheet metal design, material selection, manufacturing methods, GD&T, flow analysis, and/or Design for Excellence. It is a full-time regular assignment with 10% travel and relocation eligibility.
