Description
Blue Canyon Technologies is hiring a Mechanical Engineer Intern for its BCT Summer in Space Internship program in Lafayette, Colorado. The full-time, paid internship runs for 11 weeks from May 25, 2027, through August 6, 2027, with 40 hours per week. The intern will support the development of structures, mechanisms, and electromechanical assemblies for small spacecraft, create drawings and assembly fixtures, prepare bills of materials, and perform other assigned tasks. Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and enrolled in the fall semester of 2027, pursuing a BS or MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, and have completed at least two years of degree coursework including Materials Science, Static Mechanics, and Computer Aided Design. The role pays $27.56–$29.29 per hour, with no relocation assistance.
