Packaging Corporation of America is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for its International Falls, Minnesota Paper Mill. The role provides technical and operating support to departments, support groups, and hourly operations employees, focusing on optimization, energy, cost savings, technical and process studies, technology implementation, and operator training. The engineer will also complete projects and development activities to prepare for future operation and maintenance positions and gain orientation across various process areas. A BS degree in mechanical engineering, U.S. work authorization, and a current valid driver’s license are required; co-op or intern experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. The starting salary range is $86,000 to $127,200, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
