Eaton is hiring a Mechanical Engineer Lead specializing in Data Centres in Dubai to lead the design, development, and commissioning of cooling infrastructure for hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects. The role covers mechanical design, thermal management strategies, CFD analysis, liquid and hybrid cooling systems, technical documentation, client-facing expertise, and collaboration with engineering, business, and project teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or building services engineering, 5–10+ years of relevant experience including 3–5 years in data centre or mission-critical projects, and strong knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, pumps, motors, and building management systems.
