ACEPP is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support nuclear-sector projects involving the operation, maintenance, cleanup, and decommissioning of nuclear facilities. The role covers mechanical feasibility and design studies, preliminary and detailed design, calculations, tooling, handling equipment, industrial processes, technical documentation, cross-functional coordination, design reviews, supplier monitoring, equipment testing and acceptance, and on-site technical support. Candidates should have initial experience in mechanical studies and design, preferably in a highly regulated industrial environment, and be proficient with CAD tools and mechanical design methods; knowledge of nuclear standards and safety constraints is advantageous.
