Description
The Mechanical Maintenance Manager supervises mechanical equipment and installations across Kronospan Mielec’s plant, coordinates maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modernization, diagnoses breakdowns, oversees mechanical and external contractors, controls work quality and timeliness, maintains technical documentation, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and fire-protection regulations. The role requires an engineering degree, preferably mechanical, plus professional maintenance or industrial-mechanics experience, technical documentation skills, problem-solving ability, and availability in a production environment.
