Description
Mindlance is hiring four Mechanical Engineers – Automation & Tooling in Lake Orion, Michigan, to support the design, development, testing, prototyping, and implementation of automation and general assembly systems for a major Honda tooling project. The role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent practical experience, approximately 10 years of mechanical design experience, CATIA CAD proficiency, tooling experience, and knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing processes. The project runs from August 10, 2026, through January 18, 2027, with first installation targeted for late December and additional installations continuing into January and February.
